Delivery Terms and Conditions

Deliveries can be made Worldwide;

Deliveries to destinations other than the Republic of Ireland may be arranged by the Supplier. Such deliveries will need to be arranged through the Despatch Office during normal business hours. 

Delivery dates and times given by the Supplier are estimates only. Unless expressly agreed by the Supplier in writing time is not and shall not be deemed to be of the essence of the contract, subject to delivery taking place within a maximum of 30 days. 

The Client shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The Supplier will only tender delivery of goods to persons aged over 18. 

Items are supplied subject to their availability. Whilst the Supplier will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is insufficient stock to meet your order, the Supplier may at their discretion contact the Client to offer a substituted product or alternatively refund the price paid for such goods as soon as possible. 

The Supplier reserves the right to change details and/or product specifications without notice. 

The Supplier reserves the right to make delivery by instalments and tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment. The Supplier’s failure to deliver one or more instalments or any claim by the Client in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Client to treat the Contract as a whole to be repudiated.

Any Custom items including Teamwear, Club Shop or Personalised items can not be returned due to the personalisation of the item. These are made-to-order and not stocked instore.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

Put your unused labelled item for return back in it’s original packaging.
Fill in a Returns Form and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel-Mail your returned item to:

We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed. If a discount code/promo code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price.) 

If the product was bought on sale, they are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Any Custom items including Teamwear, Club Shop or Personalised items can not be returned due to the personalisation of the item. These are made-to-order and not stocked instore.


If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.

When Will I get my Refund?

Refunds are competed within 14 days. Your local bank may take extra time to process the payment.

Returns and Cancellations

The Client has the right to cancel any order placed on this website within seven working days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered, without giving reason. 

On cancellation for whatsoever reason the Client must return the goods in their original condition to the Supplier at their cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, in which case the Supplier will meet the cost of the return on the Suppliers nominated carrier. If goods are not returned by the Client the Supplier reserves the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to the Client. 

Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days.

Products returned by the customer that are not defective but was an incorrect size selected on the website will have to be returned by the customer at their own cost. The customer will also be liable for any additional carriage charges or other charges that might occur to have a replacement product sent out. 

UK Post Brexit Teamwear Orders Please Note: There will be a 30% restocking charge for any Teamwear orders that are not correct and need to be returned due to re-stocking charges implied by suppliers upon us. Please make sure your selection is correct in relation to colour and size.

Teamwear & Club Shop Orders

Please allow additional 2-3 weeks on all Teamwear & Clubshop Orders. 
Working days are Monday - Friday (not including Bank Holidays). Please allow extra time for special orders and customisations.

What should I do if my product arrives Damaged/Defective/isn't what I Ordered

Please return the product as per the return instructions.

Europe: 5-7 working days
USA: 5-10 working days
Rest of World: 5 -10 working days

Working days are Monday - Friday (not including Bank Holidays). Please allow extra time for special orders and customizations.

Disruption in Standard Delivery Times: 

  • In¬†extreme cases adverse weather conditions may cause a disruption in the delivery times¬†quoted¬†on website.¬†
  • Please not at busier time of the year delivery times quoted on our website may change.
  • Delivery times may also be affected due to¬†covid and extra safety procedures in place.
  • Please note that there may be added delays to these delivery times with¬†customs at the point of entry which we have no control over.
