Welcome to our Returns Information page. Here you’ll find details on how to return items, return exceptions, exchanges, refunds, and more.

Please use the form attached for returning items. The returns process can take 7-10 working days after we receive your parcel.

How to Use

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Place your unused, labelled item back in its original packaging.
  2. Fill in a Returns Form and include it with the item in a parcel.
  3. Mail your returned item to:

We will contact you if there are any issues or once your return has been processed. If you used a discount code at the time of purchase, we will only refund the discounted amount. Items purchased on sale are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Custom items (Teamwear, Club Shop, personalised items) cannot be returned, as they are made-to-order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. We cannot guarantee all items or sizes will be in stock for exchanges, but we will do our best to help.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are typically completed within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take extra time to process the payment after it’s issued.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel any order placed on this website within 48 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may be in process.

Once a Teamwear order is placed and in process, it can no longer be canceled without incurring a 30% restocking charge.

If goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return using our nominated carrier. Otherwise, the cost of returning goods rests with you.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method within 30 days.

Swimwear Returns: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Orders

If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please follow the return instructions above and contact our customer service team at info@allsportstore.com. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
